Today, the product that I would like to offer my reviews on is LifeSpan TR1200-DT5 Treadmill Desk.

My husband bought the LifeSpan TR1200-DT5 Treadmill Desk about 1 year ago. At that time, I was in another city, so I used to do a lot of video chat with him while he was working and exercising at his LifeSpan TR1200-DT5 Treadmill Desk, which was really good, because I did think he needed to be more active.

Needless to say, this treadmill desk is of outstanding quality. I would say one of the best. It has various speeds you can adjust easily. On the display, you can enter your information. As you workout on it, the display tells you how much calories you have burned, how long you have been walking or running on it and how much distance that will be, etc. It also have a safety gadget(the red and yellow thing hanging there in the following pictures). When you are walking or running on it, you can just attach that yellow thing to your shirt. If emergency happens, let’s say you missed your step or fell asleep(sometimes that can happen), the yellow thing will pull the red safety lock on the other end which will automatically pause your treadmill, which is very important to the prevention of serious accidents. Oh, one more thing, the desk is big enough to put two monitors and there will still be lots of space left for you to put documents, pens, etc.That became his entire office!

We love the LifeSpan TR1200-DT5 Treadmill Desk for 3 main reasons. First, high quality. Secondly, it motivates you when you can see all the numbers on the display. Thirdly, it’s perfect for people who spend a lot of time on computer at home. Whether you play games, work or just browsing the internet, the traditional setting will be sitting, which is the main cause of obesity. With this treadmill desk, you can say goodbye to that kind of sedentary lifestyle. Get active while enjoying doing whatever you want to do with your computer there.

Take my husband as an example, he is an IT guy. He used to work from home for a long time and gained a lot of weight, finally he decided to buy this treadmill desk. He was so excited that he did, because that kept him active everyday. He loved it and lost 10 pounds in 1 week! Well, unfortunately his work-from-home schedule was ended. My reviews on Ruki Home Vegetable Spiralizer

I applied to try to this vegetable slicer for free from giveaway service a couple of days ago. Surprisingly, I got approved the very next day. Today I received the real product and I just tried to slice this cucumber from my garden. It works great!

I like this slicer for so many reasons. That's why I actually decide to post it here.

First of all, it works like magic, turning vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, and zucchinis into thin noodles super easily. If you have kids in your family, I bet your kids will definitely like to eat vegetables more in this way. Doesn't this make your vegetable look more mouth-watering? Hmmmmm~~~Yummy~~~

In addition, it comes with a cleaning brush, which turns out to be so handy and effective when you want to get the slicer cleaned. What's more, you can make 2 sizes of vegetable noodles with this spiral slicer. I prefer the smaller size, but I guess it really depends on what vegetable you try to slice.

Tons of posts online about where and how to get freebies. Are they all as real as they seem to be? Which ones are trustworthy while others are just bullshit or even scam???

It's always advisable to be safe. If something seems to good to be true, usually it's not. Stay away from it then. Also be aware of those that require a shipping fee.
